    A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in decent size rooms were awesome. I really enjoyed both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed. Consistently courteous employees in the club and kept the hotel clean. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the downstairs bar. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms was really convenient. Also, location was marvellous and peaceful, right by Rand Merchant Bank.

    Comfortable bed and clean linens.

    The bathroom in our room was not well-maintained, with a broken toilet roll fitting and a malfunctioning basin plunger. We encountered frustrating service instances, like being chased away from the restaurant for an early supper, even when my daughter was hungry. It was like the hotel prioritized certain guests over others, and I felt quite overlooked .

    By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in Johannesburg, had much fun and met amazingly nice and consistently courteous staff in the club. The location was marvellous and peaceful, for example, Nelson Mandela Square was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Shopping malls and a supermarket were right next door.

    Request a corner suite for additional space and a great view. The layout is comfortable for both relaxing and working.

    Hotel Staff seems to be sometimes very unorganized, especially the organization of the free Shuttle Bus to Shopping center is not very good, the Bus is often not in time or basically not available.

    The functionwas put together very well.

    Front desk was understaffed. The 1st room was suppose to be smokefree - it was not. The 2nd room the phones did not wor nor did the tv. No turndown services. All in all not a five star experience!

    The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day, and the spa lounge was just what I needed to relax. The only hiccup was that my room's TV remote was a bit finicky, but overall, I really enjoyed my time here! 😄

    breakfast buffet

    The room tempature was uncontrolable. Changed rooms three times because room 1 no hot water and no heat, room 2 got hot wated but no heat, and room 3 got hot water and heat but couldn't control the temp so it was not comfortable. I also book 2 rooms and only 1 room was reserved. Had to fight and wait 2 hours to get the second room. The front desk was horrible !!!!!!

    Exceptionally helpful staff and good facilities. I stopped using Hilton Hotels some years ago after some bad experiences however I would highly recommend the Hilton Sandton. It also has a decent sized outdoor pool and well equiped gym, and is for these and other facilities a much better place to stay than some of teh other far more expensive hotels in which I have stayed in the area.
